If you have had your visa refused or cancelled if for some reason you have received a letter or invitation to comment from the Department of Home Affairs (Home Affairs) such as a Notice of Intention to Consider Refusal of your visa application or a Notice of Intention to Consider Cancellation of your visa, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist you in deciding the best course of action based on your individual circumstances.
Please do not disregard any letter or communication from Home Affairs as there are strict time limits to reply to such letters and once this period has expired there is little if any recourse or chance of responding appropriately.
So, if you have received such a letter contact us as soon as possible so that the issues raised in the Home Affair's letter can be addressed in a timely fashion.
The same applies to visa refusals or cancellations in that there are strict time-limits to respond to any request from Home Affairs and for appeals to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT).
